The Upstream Peripheral Technologies Ltd GoBack ™ Catheter is a 4FR or 2.9FR catheter, 80 to 120 cm in length. A single lumen catheter with a rigid metal distal tip. A long needle precurved at the distal end can be slid slightly inside the lumen of the catheter to expose the end of the needle. The protrusion of the needle is controlled from the catheter handle, and includes several discrete positions.
